Generate QR codes and barcodes in batches
Paste values and split on new lines, whitespace, or an exact delimiter. New-line mode preserves spaces within each value; whitespace mode splits on spaces, tabs, and new lines. Empty entries are skipped and duplicates retained. Download individual PNGs or a ZIP containing every successfully rendered image.
Apply a label template
Choose No template for standalone codes. Import JSON accepts pasted JSON from the designer; Template library lets you select a built-in layout. Preview it in the dialog, then apply it. Each value replaces the code placeholder, and PNG, ZIP, and Excel contain complete labels. Cancel leaves the current layout unchanged.
Excel export
Download an .xlsx workbook with one row per value: sequence number, original value, and the corresponding QR code or barcode image. Values are stored as text, so identifiers such as 00123 keep their leading zeroes. Images can be resized in Excel. Export runs locally in this browser.
Frequently asked questions
How do I preserve spaces inside values?
Choose New lines to keep each line as one value, including leading and trailing spaces. Whitespace mode splits on consecutive spaces, tabs, and new lines. A custom delimiter matches the exact string you enter.
What can a barcode contain?
The current barcode format is Code 128 with printable ASCII characters. Use QR codes for Chinese text, emoji, or other Unicode. Values that cannot be rendered show an error in the preview, and only successful images are included in the ZIP. QR capacity also depends on the encoded content.
Are values uploaded or stored?
Nothing is uploaded. Values, images, ZIPs, and Excel workbooks are processed locally. Only one-click transfer from the designer temporarily places the template in this tab’s sessionStorage; the batch page removes it immediately after reading. Each batch is limited to 200 values.
